The blog is alive again!
It's great to see the variety of many kinds of images, including different takes on people enjoying cherries. Those who arrived early (before sunrise) had some beautiful results! I look forward to talking about these and shooting with you again tomorrow.

Tidal Basin Scavenger Hunt!
Another beautiful morning for photography! Several of the photos posted are based on Barbara's Scavenger Hunt Challenge...
People and cherries - a beautiful dress, reminiscent of cherry blossoms.
No sky.
Close to high tide.
Before the class, a spectacular sunrise!
A beautiful moon just after sunrise.

Tidal Blossoms
Despite my grumbling about photographing the cherry blossoms once again, I must confess the challenge that Barbara threw out, got me psyched up. I went down yesterday, this morning, and will probably get up early and go again tomorrow.
Here are my first pictures in no particularly order.
