I enjoyed seeing your posts and the different ways we saw what was there - birds, water, sky, trees and some of the season's first ice on the shadier side. I was fascinated by what turned out to be a sheer layer of clear ice perched a good inch above the water, outlined in luminous suspended drops.

Barbara, I love the way you combined close-ups as well as a view of the field & trees beyond in several of your photos. I didn't think of providing such a perspective. Much more effective then just the close-ups that i shot. Also like the cloud reflections. thanks. jill
