The Canal at Anglers' Inn

The colors were strong and the air was clear and cool --  it was more than a photograph could ever capture, but we tried.

The roots seemed alive to me, sneaking up on the unsuspecting sapling.

I  wondered what the picture would be like if we took away all that color.

Arboretum 05-01-2015

Finally getting around to posting photos from the Arboretum.  Focus and sharpness continue to be my challenge.

Here are my favorite photos from the Arboretum.  Unfortunately, some of them aren't as sharp as I would like -- but they're still pretty!
