Sorry we missed you, Jon!  We hiked the path along the Potomac until we found a "friend."  We took a few pictures of him and then decided to hike in a different direction!

I was a half hour late and had no idea where where the three of you were — and it took another fifteen minutes before I found a trail! I walked Billy Goat Trail down to the river and back. This is what I got.

Wonderful Work

I have not spent as much time here on the blog as would be nice. The work from same places, and even same subjects show different senses of space, color, composition, distance, focus. Nice seeing.

The bright side of forgetting my tripod was missing most of the drizzle.  It was worth the trip home, so I could use my new L bracket.  It worked great! (thanks, Jon!)
