Clearing after rain is a magical time to be out. I noticed hiking with photographers last Sunday along a stretch of the Gunpowder after 3 days of rain, and again today with Aiko, Diane, David, Gerry and Leslie at Scott's after a day of rain culminating with November thunder showers, how well we respond to the lush saturation of the world freshly watered.
