Nice shots! I see what you mean about the sharpness on the small versions. When I enlarge the pics they looked sharper to me. I also would like to see them cropped a little tighter.
Especially the shot with the pink mushroom The light top left corner distracts from the beautiful pink color and the texture of the lichen.
I also found that the dirt on the lichen in the top shot is very sharp. I think if you could just sharpen the mushrooms and not the leaf, you would like the photo more. I will send you a link to my guy in Colorado which has a video to sharpen just parts of an image in Photoshop.
