I'm lovin' HDR !

Looks like snow on the mountain, doesn't it?

Heron's waiting for the dinner, patiently!!

Yesterday, I went to the Great Falls and captured the above.

There were couple of great blue herons on the rocks.

During exposure of 20s, these herons stand still for me.

Looking forward to meeting them again tomorrow morning!

Between the two, which one would you prefer?

Last Sunday night, I went to the Great Falls and took the above shot. 

It was 20 min after sunset. But already quite dark. 

I did some light painting the foreground rocks with flashlight.

Now I lightened up the scene for the foreground rocks. 

The following is the result. Which between these two is better choice?

Better yet... I have just made one between the above two... 

Any suggestions?

Scott's Run on April 27, 2012

It was a lovely day to photograph at this serene Scott's Run Nature Preserve. I loved the freshness in this creek. Now going into an early Summer.

This small but very elegant falls at the end of the Scott's Run was waiting for us. I photographed this falls before but today this falls seems to look more intimate and graceful. I changed the color picture into black and white to show the flow of the water.

Now this wildflower, "Spring Beauty" was taken a few weeks ago when I visited Bulls Run State Park. But I am uploading it here for any critic from the members.

BTW, my name is Kee. And It was very nice meeting all of you and wonderful teacher Barbara.
